Investment company Larendael has acquired DECOM Amsterdam from KOOLE Contractors. The company's purchase is part of the larger development of the Dutch Superyacht Tech Campus at the shipyard in Amsterdam's Western Docklands.

We are very pleased to announce, that on October 5, 2021 DECOM Amsterdam B.V. has been granted the status of authorized ship recycling facility under Regulation (EU) 1257/2013.

At DECOM AMSTERDAM the pier and the connection of the concrete quay to the liquid-proof floor has been asphalted, another important phase completed!

Work to further build DECOM Amsterdam is still underway.
